Building Strength For the Handstand & Handstand Pushups (COMPLETE GUIDE)

In this video I show you how to build ULTIMATE shoulder strength and get you one step closer to finally holding a handstand.
As promised here are some sets and reps that you gainsters can hit to see some serious strength increases
Back Facing Handstand Sets
Kick up to the wall and do one set holding for as long as you can. Take 85% of this time and that will be your working set.
Do 5 sets of 85% of your max followed by 5, 10, or 20 pushups.
Rest for 3 minutes in between sets. 5 sets total.
Stomach Facing Handstand Sets
Go to the wall and do one set holding for as long as you can. Take 85% of this time and that will be your working set.
Do 5 sets of 85% of your max followed by 5, 10, or 20 pushups.
Rest for 3 minutes in between sets. 5 sets total.
Wall Walks with Static Holds
Walk up to the wall in a stomach facing handstand. Hold for 10 seconds. Wall walk back down and back up keeping good and perfect form.
Beginner – 1-3 wall walks in a set
Intermediate – 4-7 wall walks in a set
Advanced – 8+ wall walks in a set
5 sets total with a 3-5 minute break in between
Stay breathing, stay focuses and get those gains !
