Boston, Massachusetts, USA - 2001 United States Figure Skating Championships, Ladies' Free Skate - Angela Nikodinov had her best Free Skate ever at these Nationals. She placed 3rd here and ended up winning the Bronze Medal. I thought she deserved the Silver Medal instead. Another thing that separated Angela from her competitors was her technique with the Triple Lutz. It was spot on. Commentators were Terry Gannon, Peggy Fleming, and Peter Carruthers.
