1. The system allows you to search for a field or task by typing in its name.
2. The system will then suggest different categories that the field or task might fall under, based on a free text search.
3. You can then click on a suggested category to refine your search.
4. The system is designed to work with Workday, a common ERP system in business, and will search through its database of reports, tasks, fields, and data sources.
5. Fields are searchable by name, but you can also provide more information about the field you're looking for.
6. If you're searching for a report, you'll be taken to the list of reports, where you can select the one you're looking for.
7. Once you've selected a field or task, you can click on the View Security button to see the security that has been set up for it.
8. When you click on View Security, you'll be taken to a list of security domains.
9. Depending on the field or task, you may be able to select multiple security domains.
10. It is important to carefully select which security domains to include when setting up security for a field or task, as certain domains may be unnecessary or even prevent the field or task from functioning properly.
