My Asexuality Representation Wishlist | Happy Ace Week! 💜🤍🖤

Welcome to another edition of: over-sharing on the internet for the sake of queer literary education. Happy #AceWeek pals! EDIT (adding here because YouTube keeps deleting my pinned comment)
As an added point, one other thing I’d love to see would be a-spec characters finding understanding, community, and common ground with other LGBTQIA+ characters who are not asexual. Many a-spec people still struggle to find visibility within the queer community or struggle to feel part of the queer community, and as another issue there are still exclusionists who believe a-spec people aren’t queer (we are) and don’t belong in the LGBTQIA+ community (we do, that is literally what the A stands for). Even though people of all queer identities have unique experiences, we also all have many things we can relate over, so I would love to see ace and aro characters bonding with other queer characters over their queer experiences!
