GoatTracker 2 Tutorial

A pretty terrible tutorial, but hopefully it's enough to get people started. There is a LOT about this tracker that I didn't cover, but too many potential SID trackers take one look at the interface and give up.

I personally used http://csdb.dk/release/?id=81146 to become familiar with the basics of SID tracking with GoatTracker. I very highly recommend this document to others.

I modified my GoatTracker binary to make the 0 glyph smaller, if you're wondering what that's about.
