True Italian hospitality - Alitalia Magnifica (Business Class)

Before taking this flight, I've never really heard of Alitalia. I've never really used Italy as a hub to fly in and out of. However, a recent flash sale has attracted me to Rome and I am taking this Alitalia flight to LA.

Pleasantly surprised by the service and hospitality. Although the aircraft is a bit old, the overall product is competitive (especially in the refurbished aircrafts).
