Hand Powered Wizbang style Chicken Plucker - Pluck it Yourself

After plucking a few birds by hand I decided the motor, pulleys, and belt were really not necessary to remove feathers easily. With the perfect scalding temperature (145) and the barrel with those plucking fingers a hand powered version would be cheaper, lighter and no maintenance.
This is a first draft so there's plenty room for improvements.
