In Pocatello Idaho . a man leaves a wife and four children behind. Another senseless death that could have been avoided. There's no training or equipment that can keep you alive if you're flying in conditions that cannot be flown in. That the aircraft can't handle. This ridiculous kind of stupidity permeates this Sport with claims of special skills able to overcome any type of weather period or special equipment to overcome any type of weather. Another senseless death. 4 children without a father. And a wife without a husband. A so-called called super student. Flying the so-called safest Wing the Dominator. Flying the so-called safest paramotor on the market the flat top. Folks. ... it doesn't matter who has trained you or what equipment you're flying. There are just certain conditions that skill level and Equipment cannot handle. Just the smallest amount of Common Sense and this man would still be alive today. Don't fly midday pick and choose where you fly. the weather you fly in. The equipment you fly. And always stay within Glide of a landing field. You won't drowned in water if you do. You won't fly into power lines if you do. You won't crash into the caverns of a Rocky Mountain. You won't have a wing collapse. And you won't die doing what you love. Which to me is the dumbest thing on the planet. Why not live to do and continue to do what you love. There's no reason to die in this sport it is the safest form of Aviation on the planet. If you let your urge to fly override your intelligence then you're going to be a statistic. If your instructor says you can fly in any conditions because you're flying with his training or his equipment and you can just go up and fly in anything you want. You deserve what you get.
