In this episode of the CyberGizmo we explore Direction both for the channel and to help you along in your career (or hobby). Many people today place too much emphasis on certifications to help them reach their career goals. While these requirements can be barriers for gaining employment with a particular company, I talk about what is the path I chose to prevent being trapped in a job function that was not my ultimate goal of where I wanted to be.
