अगली है नीली टोपी वाली ट्यूब इसमें ई .डी. टी. ए. मैं खून का सैंपल लिया जाता है। ईससे जो रक्त की जांच है . उसमें खून पतला रहता है । यह ट्यूब में हमारे बॉडी में कितनी सेल है इसका टेस्ट होता है और इसके साथ अन्य इसी प्रकार के टेस्ट होते हैं। इसमें ब्लड सैंपल तीन से चार एम एल लेना पड़ता है, जिसको लेने के बाद ट्यूब को हिलाना महत्वपूर्ण होता है।

इसके अलावा कलेक्शन बॉय को सभी प्रकार के टोपी वाले ट्यूब का पूरा नॉलेज होना चाहिए ,
वरना वह अच्छी तरीके से सैंपल नहीं ले सकते और उसका रिजल्ट अच्छा नहीं मिल सकता।

सबसे पहले पेशेंट को बैठाया जाता है उसके बाद उसके हाथों में टोर्नीकेट बांधा जाता है।
उसके बाद उस पेशेंट को अपनी मुट्ठी बंद करने के लिए कहा जाता है।
