How we fill kegs at Man Skirt Brewing

FAQ:

Q: What's going on?
A: Filling kegs with Saison from our 7 barrel brite tank.

Q: Where is your PPE/rubber gloves?
A: In a pile on my workbench. I took off the gloves to work my phone. I should be wearing them.

Q: What's with the rusty ball valves?
A: The valves themselves are stainless steel and do not rust. The nuts holding the handles on, however, do rust quickly in the presence of sanitizer. Since they are on the WASTE side of the filler, and they are not in the path of beer at all, I have not yet replaced them with something better. Everything that touches beer is sanitary stainless steel. The hoses are medical-grade silicone.
