Yang Style 10 Step Tai Chi forward facing

I have modified the balances within this Tai Chi form so that feet remain on the ground and I perform it in an upright stance to keep in a safe, comfortable posture.

Always exercise within your own comfort zone and within your own range of motion by listening to your body. Stay relaxed and tension free at the joints so that you do not overstretch. Focus on calm breathing, deeper than you would normally if you can, and really develop the feeling of each movement. FEEL YOUR OWN FLOW.

Remember to take a rest and pause the video anytime you need to. Have a bottle of water near by, but not in the way, so that you can have a drink if you need to. Remember to enjoy your practise and have fun.
