How to sync and integrate Call Features with Zoho CRM (VOYCELL)

This video is all about how to sync and integrate Voycell with Zoho CRM. To do this, click the toggle button ON, then you have to select an account to connect with Zoho, then click on the checkbox and accept button to allow Voycell to access the Zoho account. Once the connection is successfully established, click on the call button and make a call. As you can see, the call is being recorded. In the call summary section, you can add caller details such as first name, last name, notes, etc. The first name and last name are prefilled if it is an existing contact. Under the select Status, you can have options for call status updates, such as callback, no answer, and call success. If you want to schedule a meeting, click on the meeting and add details. Open the Zoho CRM Admin Dashboard and click on the Leads, you can see the new lead came from Voycell is listed. Click on the lead to see the call notes and meeting details that you entered through the Vocell.
