Mijlpaal voor nieuwbouw project Shell Pernis

In de tweede helft van maart zijn de eerste grote onderdelen van het in aanbouw zijnde Solvent DeAsphalter project, in het kort de SDA, bij het Shell Pernis terrein aan wal gehesen. Na een jaar van ondergrondse en civiele werkzaamheden krijgt de bouw van het project steeds meer vorm. Via de Nieuwe Maas werden de eerste twee distillatiekolommen van ruim 30 meter hoog aangeleverd. Met een grote kraan werden ze op de kade gehesen en vervolgens op hun plaats gezet op het fabrieksterrein.
