Bengal Riots: BSF Attacked with Bombs, Stones | Central Forces Deployed After HC Order

BSF officials were attacked with bombs and stones by rioters in West Bengal. The BSF conducted aerial firing to disperse rioters and is acting on SOS calls by locals. Five additional BSF companies have been deployed, and eight CRPF companies are en route to Murshidabad. The BSF DIG stated, 'The situation is tense but under control.' Joint patrols are being conducted by BSF and West Bengal Police in sensitive areas.
