Food Automation presents Tramper the S 360 meal salad bowl line. This almost completely automated packing line is built and supplied by Tramper Technology. Tramper Technology will integrate the equipment they do not built themselves into their line and control systems. This line shows you the feeding of the Multihead weighers by norm bins. The multiple weighers are able to deposit different layers of product into the bowls. The bowls are automatically denested through a D-360 servo driven tray denester. After that these trays are filled through the also servo driven F-360 automatic filling system with plungers. After the different filling processes the accurate and again servo driven Walking Beam system will then transport the trays to the S-360 sealing machine which has a sealing surface of 300 x 600 mm. The S-360 will then seal the trays with or with MAP to create an as long as possible shelf-life. After the sealing the trays can be lidded, labeled and / or sleeved.
