Top slot custom paper width problems Canon PRO-200, PRO-300, PRO-310 When 13" width won't work

The maximum width for both feed slots with A3+ [13" x 19"] is 13 inches or 330.2mm. However for custom papers sizes the top slot maximum is 329mm is 12.95"

What to do when your 13 inch custom paper size won't feed via the top loading paper slot. Why you do not have to use the rear slot, just change your custom size.
