Civ 5 Deity Stream 6 - Venice Archipelago: How Much GPT Can We Make?

We attempt to win a game as Venice, a civ restricted to controlling only one city! It'll be a different strategy to usual, one in which we can't found new cities for themselves, and need to balance Merchants of Venice against generating Great Scientists like usual!

- Internal Cargo Ships. Our capital's land was not great. We needed to send these from our puppeted City States to grow Venice to a reasonable size
- Double trade routes. Once Venice hits Banking, the GPT gets huge!
