Steps:
1)Install Self-Hosted Integration Runtime in On prem
2)Create Self-Hosted Integration Runtime in Azure
3)Create tables in SQL Server
4)Create Linked Service for the Source SQL Server DB
5)Create Linked Service for the Target Storage Account container
6)Create a Source and the Target Datasets
7)Create the pipeline
Copy file from On-premise to Azure blob using ADF pipeline
