They Just Kill

Killings in the Philippines’ ‘war on drugs’ continue with impunity, with Bulacan province now the bloodiest killing field. Amnesty International’s new report launched on 8 July 2019 shows that the spike in the deaths followed the transfer and promotion of police officers previously involved in deadly anti-drug operations.
