Thievery in NW DC

This time stamp is off, this is actually around 2:30 am on Feb 11th. 2 unidentified guys walking the streets and checking for unlocked cars. 1st fellow to appear leaves, what was later to be found, a cigarette tray of pennies at curbside. 2nd guy finds unlocked KIA, unfortunately for him it was a rental with no goodies. Final stop in this video appears to be a house's front door.
