DIY Vectrex first test... With huge issues.

Trying to figure out what's going on here. Digital part of it works perfect but analog part is messed. I made a lot of researches and I think that's because I replaced LF353 and LF347 with TL072 and TL074 because couldn't find them. They are electrically identical but their internal schematic is a bit different. I'm going to order them soon and see if something changes. Otherwise I don't know what to do.
