Ingredients

Chicken Marinade

Boneless chicken strips
Soy sauce
Chili sauce
Vinegar
Black pepper powder
White pepper powder
Salt

Chowmein Sauce

Ketchup
Chili garlic ketchup
Oyster sauce
Chili sauce
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
White pepper
Red chili flakes
Salt
Crushed black pepper

For Boiling Noodles

Water
Salt
Spaghetti

Vegetables

Oil
Capsicum
Onion
Cabbage
Carrot

For Chowmein

Oil
Garlic (chopped)
Boiled noodles
Stir-fried vegetables
Cooked chicken
Prepared sauce
Green onions

Directions

Marinate the chicken with all marinade ingredients and set aside.

Mix all chowmein sauce ingredients in a bowl and keep aside.

Boil water with salt, add spaghetti, and cook until done. Strain, rinse with water, and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry all vegetables on high flame for a few minutes. Keep them slightly crunchy. Remove and set aside.

In another pan, heat oil and sauté garlic briefly. Add marinated chicken and cook on high flame until fully cooked and dry.

Add boiled noodles, stir-fried vegetables, and prepared sauce to the chicken. Toss everything on high flame until well combined.

Finish with green onions and serve hot.
