Here is a manual point driver that's an affordable solution. The metal points aren't flexible but this tool will allow you to frame your own paintings without breaking your budget.

In this video I show you three different ways to frame a canvas panel, or a flat wood panel. The most popular method is to use a traditional frame. The best way to secure a canvas panel to a frame is to use a point driver. Otherwise, the other two methods require you to use some form of adhesive to glue the painting to the frame.
