Maxwell 300 Kettlebell Chalenge. (Follow along)

This is one of my first and favorite kettlebell workouts I ever learned. For a few reasons, it gets you a good full body workout and your heart and lungs working all in 15 minutes. There are a few rules to follow, and you can set a timer to challenge yourself and help push a little bit harder when the going gets tough. Rule number one is once you pick up the kettlebell you can't set it back down until you've finished. Rule number two pick a weight that allows you to do as close to perfect form and technique as possible, what I mean is deep squat presses and perfect Turkish get ups! Rule number three, advance to the next kettlebell weight ONLY once you're able to finish the entire 300 with near perfect form in under 15 minutes. In this workout I am using the 300 as a restorative work out, so I am not overtaxing my nervous system, using it more for recovery then as a workout, so in this video I'm using a 26lb kettlebell and going for good breathing and perfect technique. If you can keep up with me with good form with a 26lb kettlebell, then this is your cue to move up to the 35 pound kettlebell. Normally if I were pushing a little harder I would use the 35lb kettlebell. A couple of tips to really enhance this workout are, think of your body as a whip or a slingshot using the entire muscles of the body when you need to, and relaxing them when you don't need to, and controlling the heart rate with good breathing and challenging mental toughness at the peak of the work out. I like to think of this work out like climbing a mountain and it gets harder and harder then you get to the peak, which are the Turkish get ups, and then you start to work your way back down the other side of the mountain. After this workout I like to swing or hang from something for a minute. Have fun and stay strong!
