How to Make Ceremonial Cacao in your Kitchen at Home

Its easy to make ceremonial cacao at home in your kitchen. You can make with water, or any nutmilk (just avoid using animal milk as it reduces the absorption of cacaos amazingness). You can supercharge it by adding other superfoods such as macca power or medicinal mushrooms such as reishi, or flavour it with natural flavourings such as cinnamon, chilli or even a pinch of salt. And if you want it sweeter, you can choose between stevia, honey or coconut sugar
