Homemade Durian Ice Cream & Nangka Jam! (Masarap ba ang Naging Resulta??!!)

This was the first time we made durian ice cream & Jackfruit Jam from scratch. All the ingredients we bought can be found in the market or grocery store.

Durian Ice Cream Recipe:

Durian Fruit - 2 Small packs (usually they are available on a grocery store in the fruit section)
Sweetened Condensed Milk (Alaska) - 1 can or 384 grams
Evaporated Milk (Alaska) - 1 can or 380 grams
All-Purpose Cream (Nestle) - 2 packs (1 pack is equivalent to 250 ML)
Salt - 3 pinches
Jackfruit or Nangka Jam Recipe:

Nangka - Half sliced of the fruit itself
Brown or White Sugar - 1 Cup (We used brown sugar)
Water - 1 Cup
Salt - 1 or 2 pinches
