BANGKOK to CHIANG MAI 10 hour bus journey.

Join us on our 10 hour bus journey from Bangkok all the up to Chiang Mai.

Booked on 12goasia we generally always use the sombat VIP, which is definitely a comfy journey.

John is 6'2 and has plenty of leg room and can get pretty comfortable, the reclining chairs go pretty far back and still leave lots of room for the person behind.

The staff are friendly and snacks are provided but I'd still recommend bringing your own.

We had one restaurant stop for 30 mins, here you could get up and stretch your legs and grab some snacks for the shop.

The bus also has one toilet.

The air con can get a bit chilly especially if you are doing an overnight trip, you do get a blanket but make sure you have a little something else too.
