Why My 4.0 at Harvard Was a Failure

Just because something is a failure does not mean that you are a failure. Only through failure does anyone find growth. If you never make mistakes, you will never become better.
If you're wondering "how to get a better GPA", "how to get into Harvard", "how to stop procrastinating", or anything like that... my advice? Find a passion, and pursue it. School is always going to be less important than your passions--don't neglect it, because you need it, but follow your passions above everything else.
