Mar.12 -- Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Lawrence H. Summers, a Wall Street Week contributor, thinks there is a one-third chance that the Federal Reserve's reaction to inflation caused by stimulus could spook markets and spark a recession. Hoover Institution Senior Fellow Niall Ferguson looks at historical causes of inflation in the 1960s to see if similar factors are in play after another injection of stimulus.
