Network condition simulation with VMware Workstation Pro

It can be difficult to simulate real world network bandwidth, jitter, latency, packet loss. However there is a cool new feature in VMware Workstation that allow you to do just that. Using VMware Workstation Pro 16, you can edit the properties of your network adapter and set the bandwidth, packet loss, and latency that you want to simulate.

This is customizable. You can set it to simulate in either direction, outbound or inbound. This will no doubt help developers who are coding applications that will be used across slow WAN links, or other challenging network scenarios.
