My Story... Overcoming Childhood Sexual Abuse

Warning: Graphic & Disturbing Content!!! Please don't watch this around children. In this video I tell my story about childhood sexual abuse, the pain and suffering it caused me throughout my life, and tips that have helped me overcome this trauma.

Letter to person who hurt/abused you, or anyone you want to forgive:
- Write a letter to the person whom you want to forgive.
- Write to them about how you feel & what you want to say to them.
- Then burn the letter (somewhere safe)
- As you burn the letter say this prayer:
"I no longer need these thoughts, feelings, vibrations or frequency. I give these thoughts back to the Universe/God, and I ask that they be replaced with God's divine unconditional love."
