Can Anyone Help with Identifying This East German City in the 1970's (maybe early 1980's)?

This is found footage, Super 8mm Film from the 1970's (maybe early 1980's?) of an East German City (based on info written on film box). I'd like to narrow down which city or town it is, any help would be appreciated. The full video will be coming on my channel very soon.
