Toltec wisdom is, as far as I am aware, the only tradition which recognizes what is popularly called 'stalking'.

The way I was trained in it is the way I describe it here & this way has really worked for me.

I see a lot of people trying to understand stalking in terms of how an actor would understand acting but this is not accurate according to my understanding.

There is a difference between shooting a gun and shooting a gun at a target and hitting the target successfully each time.
Stalking is highly functional and if done in the correct way, very beneficial to the warrior...it isn't some esoteric passtime that the warrior indulges in.
