Requiem for Quasimodo 1923 (Digital Photo Restoration)

ARTIST NOTES: There are purists who may insist that the original black and white image, in its 100-year glory, is more poignant than a modernized image, and in usual circumstances, I would agree. My perspective here is to recreate a sneak peek into what this scene may have looked like in real time, with cameras rolling and cast and crew watching from backstage, as Lon Chaney brought his anguished character to life in a moment that against all odds would end up being preserved for over a century.
