40 Day Vegan Journey ♡

I decided to go vegan earlier this year and began my journey on Feb 10, 2016. Ever since, I've been on my vegan journey I've made tons of new discovery and I have a better appreciation for mother nature and the gifts that she provides us. Here are a few observations I made being a vegan

1. I lost a lot of weight
2. Increased Energy, Especially in the morning
3. The concept of eating red meat seems disgusting to me now
4. I appreciate veggies more
5. Bowel movement is super healthy
6. Eyes and teeth are whiter
7. Muscles are leaner, body fat percentage lower
