Installing a new 240v Outlet and 30 Amp Breaker for a Basement Air Compressor

Showing you how I installed a new 240v 30a circuit in my basement for my new air compressor. The air compressor is rated at 15.5a and according to NEC code, that is not the determining factor for deciding what size (AWG) wire and/or breaker to install. The NEC provides details/recommendations per the Full Load Current (FLC) chart as to which size wire and breaker to install given a particular HP motor.
