This is a dragon who's even stingier than Mr. Krabs.

A wicked dragon, who sits on a mountain of gold coins yet won’t part with a single penny, sets up one obstacle after another to block the pizza delivery guy in order to take advantage of the “free if late” policy. But the delivery guy still manages to arrive on time. Just as the dragon is reluctantly about to pay, he learns that all pizzas are free to celebrate the store’s grand opening—and regrets not ordering one more.
