Tope Abulude teaches you how to make a balloon hoop base without the need for frames!

Here's How:
1. You will need some round balloons, and some Dacron line (For our build, we’re using 5” balloons)
2. Inflate one balloon with one pump or air and another with three pumps of air
3. Then tie the two neck-to-neck as a duplet
4. Make plenty more of these duplets
5. Tie one end of the Dacron to the neck of the first duplet
6. Place another duplet across the first, then wrap the Dacron around the neck once
7. Place the next duplet on top
8. Wrap the Dacron around the neck twice
9. Repeat this process and eventually a curve will form
10. When you’ve completed your hoop secure it by looping fishing wire around one end balloon, and then the other and pull taught to secure
