You’re buying operational capability. Experience. Relationships. Institutional knowledge.

And if you integrate businesses properly, sometimes the biggest upside comes from simply removing friction.

Duplicated work.
Operational bottlenecks.
The founder doing everything themselves.

That’s when both businesses actually grow stronger together instead of one consuming the other.
