(HD) San Juan Airport: Texas F-16 2018 Visit! (Remastered)

Aviation video @ Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (TJSJ/SJU)!! Filmed on 5/27/18, this video takes us back to when four F-16C Fighting Falcons from the 182d Fighter Squadron, based in Joint Base San Antonio, Texas visited Puerto Rico. The reason for their visit was for them to perform the missing man formation over the "Capitolio" area in Old San Juan, honoring the fallen "Rican 68" members on this Memorial Day weekend. They are seen here taking off from San Juan (SJU), Puerto Rico to perform the missing man formation.

On May 2, 2018, a Lockheed WC-130H transport aircraft of the Puerto Rico Air National Guard crashed in the US state of Georgia, shortly after departing from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. All nine airmen (five crewmen and four passengers) from the PRANG were killed in the accident.
