Did I just find a major mint error? 🚨
I was looking at this 2005 West Virginia State Quarter and noticed the "ghost" of George Washington staring back at me from the wrong side!

This looks like a Brockage or a severe Die Clash. A brockage occurs when a finished coin sticks to a die and strikes the next blank, leaving a mirror image. A die clash happens when the dies hit each other without a planchet in between!
