Elk Steaks: Flat Rock Cooking

Saw this some time ago had to try it! Went good for first try but next time will try more air holes. Tasted absolutely delicious however, #elksteak always does! Can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon with family on a new adventure, feeling blessed. The kicker the kids loved it, even Charley who has refused to try elk up until now couldn’t get enough. She’s going to be an avid #elkhunter after trying this!
