5 chicken breast
3 cups sliced mushroom (reserve one cup for sauce)
4-5 cups baby spinach sliced (reserve about one cup for sauce)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Ground cumin
1-2 cups of shredded mozzarella and Mexican blend cheese

Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
5 cloves minced garlic
Spinach (amount listed above)
Mushroom (amount listed above)
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
(Season sauce with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, onion and garlic powder)
Mashed potatoes
6-8 Red potatoes
1/2-3/4 cup warm whole milk
3 tbsp butter
Season with: salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder
