Shred-it parking in handicap parking

Please do not post racist remarks. This video was posted to bring awareness. Disabled parking is being takin advantage of daily. People think because they are in a work truck or by just saying I'm just going to be a minute it's okay. But it's not okay. And for those people who say oh well you don't look disabled. Disabilities come in many forms. Unfortunately parking space only has a sign.
