Adding a smoke effect to your video is incredibly fast and easy with a number of AI tools. In this example, I used Google Gemini's video editor with the following prompt to add a nice smoke effect in just a few seconds.

PROMPT:
Add subtle drifting smoke around the shoe. Keep the smoke thin, realistic, and moving right to left. Do not obscure the shoe.

TIPS:
Gemini watermarks the effect, which is fair, but if you want to crop the effect out and give credits to the Gemini in the video details, you can make your video slightly wider and taller than you need so you can crop out the watermark.

A quick prompt in Gemini is usually good enough for a short segment of your video.
