A significant milestone has been achieved in Dholera SIR! Companies like ReNew Power and Chiripal Group have commenced plant setups in the Activation Area, marking the transition from planning to execution. Massive land filling and infrastructure development are underway, signaling the rapid growth of India’s first greenfield industrial smart city.  

Key Highlights:
• ReNew Power is constructing a 2000 MW solar module and cell manufacturing plant on 100 acres.
• Chiripal Group is developing an aluminum foil and PET resin manufacturing unit on 90 acres.
• Tata Chemicals is setting up a 10 GWh lithium-ion battery plant on 126 acres.
• Hindustan Petroleum is establishing fuel stations and EV charging infrastructure.
• Torrent Power has implemented a power distribution network to meet industrial demands.
• The Activation Area spans 22.5 sq km, with 90% of the infrastructure work completed.     

Dholera SIR is poised to become a major hub for industries, with world-class infrastructure, including a 4-lane expressway, metro rail, and the upcoming Dholera International Airport.
