How to Embed Sentences using Google's Universal Sentence Encoder

This is a quick tutorial on how to use Google's universal sentence encoder to convert sentences and phrases into vectors for modeling in Python.

The tutorial shows you how to download the module from Google and use it to embed (encode) sentences into vectors and compare them using cosine similarity.
