NFL Game Pass is Scamming U.S. Football Fans

NFL Game Pass is pro football's premium paid streaming platform complete with thousands of hours of past football games and NFL originals. However, in 2021, the service underwent a massive change to integrate it into NFL.com that stripped away signature features and backlogs of content that are now lost to time despite Game Pass still boasting the same price. This video is an overview of what I believe are the biggest problems with the service in hopes that the NFL will improve their product.

Disclaimer: This video centers on the desktop U.S. version of NFL Game Pass as that is the format I have used most often. There are other devices available for use such as Roku and Xbox which may provide different user experiences but I am only focusing on the versions I have accessed frequently.
