Success Story - Gulbahar Singh

Meet Gulbahar and his wife Jagmohan. They have been in a relationship since 2017, they applied 3 times from the UK and each time their application was refused. They appealed against the decision last year, however, their appeal was dismissed.

They came to see my 9 months ago and I told them that it would be best for Gulbahar to go back and seek entry clearance. He was understandably very scared to go back as he was worried, he will not be allowed to return to the UK, however, I assured him that we would get him his visa.

He had his biometrics taken in January 2024 and within 21 days his application was approved.

Another happy couple who can live their life without the fear and worry of immigration hanging over their heads.
